At WPPacks (By Enegix, Inc.), we are very focused on our customer (your) satisfaction by delivering top quality products and support. If you are experiencing any technical issues – please use our Support Portal to open a ticket and our team will assist you in resolving your issues.

However, if you feel that the products you have purchased are not fulfilling their purchase – you do have an option to request a refund. No refund request will be processed after 15 days post-purchase. If you are not happy with the product, apply for a refund within 15 days after purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing products of WPPacks. Please note that any addons (not included in a downloadable bundle) offered are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

We DO NOT honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

  • You don’t want the product after it has been downloaded.
  • The product did not meet your expectations.
  • You have changed your mind.
  • You have purchased the product by mistake.
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • Asking for a refund because of goodwill.
  • You can’t access an item because it has been removed (we advise always to download products as soon as you buy to avoid this situation).
  • WPPacks shall not accept any refund requests during promotions like Black Friday, and the refund requested during promotions will be accepted only after the promotion is finished.
  • If you have purchased a product and got a refund on it, then purchase it again, your second refund request for that product will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • You purchased the product from one of our LTD offers sites. (refunds in such case are managed by the original vendor).

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
